Here's Our Session Schedule For Spring 2018.

Improve your fitness over spring, so you can hit summer hard! Select a session that fits in with your busy schedule, and book in online, via email, or by text or phone.

All free blocks on this calendar are available for FTP Fitness Testing, Personal Training, or one on one training sessions.

The EoS (Elements of Style) session will run on a Thursday, every fortnight - This is a super important session to attend if you want to improve your efficiency and position on the bike. You don't need to perform a fitness test, to attend this session.
